Welcome

Situated in the renowned High Country of North East Victoria, the Jamieson region is one of the most romantic, historic and picturesque areas in the state.

It is an area of unspoiled, natural beauty. Located at the junction of the Goulburn and Jamieson Rivers, the township of Jamieson is a small, scenic rural village of some 150 people. It lies in a beautiful valley which is surrounded by densely covered mountainous terrain at the southeastern corner of Lake Eildon.

The township is an easy 37 km drive south of Mansfield, 45 minutes to Mount Buller and approximately 2.5-3 hours drive north-east of Melbourne.
